Whether buying or selling, we recommend that the client be present for at least the last 30 minutes of the inspection. Once we complete our inspection, we will give the client a detailed report, with pictures, outlining the results of our evaluation, do a walk-through with the client to further explain the results of our evaluation, and give the client the opportunity to ask us questions. We will even give maintenance tips to help prolong the longevity of your investment. We want our clients to be completely informed and comfortable asking us any questions.
